Keren Feingold

For over a decade, Keren Feingold has been helping women stay fit through and beyond pregnancy, without fear of harming themselves or their baby. Just like every person, every pregnancy is different and calls for a unique program. Keren has helped to reliably relieve lower back, hip, and a variety of injuries and maladies using her signature safe workouts based on the Pilates method. Six weeks after she gave birth, in 2018, her doctor cleared her to exercise but gave her no guidance. She experienced firsthand that new mothers need tailored support to accomplish their fitness goals. This inspired her to create and develop the Mama Like Me curriculum.Keren offers Prenatal & Postnatal in person teacher training and online subscription for her living manual.

Keren is a Master Instructor and Lead Teacher Trainer at Real Pilates in NYC. She is certified by the Pilates Method Alliance and holds a specialty in Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness by the American Council on Exercise.
